    Originally posted in Eager to Learn, but Mr Al said I should post it here. So I worked on it a little more and toned down some hot spots on the petals. Converted to B&W in CNX and hand painted back in the color.

    D50, 70-300 at 300mm, f/5.6, 1/3200s, -0.7EV, ISO 200

    It;s so relaxing to do hand painting, isn't it?

    Ah, Jill, I see you made it over to the dark side! I just saw this in ETL and was hoping you'd move it over! That yellow lily is so luscious! Did you do any other versions of this? Maybe let a little of the water's color back in? Play around with the lily pads at all? It a beautiful take on a water lily.
