Pose and lighting are fabulous, but the noise is a problem. Why shoot at ISO 3200 in bright sunlight? If you dropped to f/6.3, you'd have had the same shutter but the been at ISO 1600. That would have avoided all the noise issues. I might also consider going 8x10 to get rid of some of the room at the bottom. Sharpness looks good regardles.

Solid feedback from Dorian, it is noisy and IQ has taken a hit. The face whites near neck may be blown, little/no detail... I agree with a different crop

Classic nuthatch pose you captured here John. I do agree with the above comments and suggestions. I also wish the back foot wasn't blocked by the piece of wood. Look forward to seeing your next image of this bird.
