    I like the overall colors with no shadows.

    This looks great! By far my favorite image you have posted. Love the expression and details. See if you can tone down the white arc below the black cheek patch. It looks too white and without details. Just be careful not to gray it out.

    That white arc is blown... no recovery. Wood Ducks (like most ducks) are hard in the sunshine.

    A real beauty Dan! I like the smiling pose, square crop and IQ. This is the best image you have posted since getting the D500.
