Very nice image, love the down stroke wings showing the colors.

Great full downstroke Dan, not sure if it needs some CCW rotation or its just the effect from the BG

Terrific down wings Dan, i think another round of head sharpening would be helpful, duck does look noisy. nice colors.

Good downstroke flight pose. Nice detail on the near wing, which appears to be where the focus was. Perhaps a touch of selective sharpening on the head, as Ann suggests. I might have been tempted to use a low-opacity brush of light green over the whitish areas in the water.

I think this one looks very good. Beautiful color palette here and perfect down stroke on the wings. And I really like the horizontal ripples in the water and the vertical reflections on the top of the frame that make for a super interesting background. Agree with Bill re dealing with the bright white behind the bird. Otherwise very nice.

Nice flight shot of the male. The downstroke pose is spot on.
