    I captured this image earlier this year at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. I have a love/hate relationship with the tree in the background. Sometimes I wish it were not there, but then it would only be a blue sky background. Then at other times I am not bothered by it because it adds depth to the image. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    1/2000 F/7.1 Matrix Metering EV 0 ISO 250 Auto 1 WB HH
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic CC, Photoshop CC 2019 and Neat Image for noise reduction, removed a small area of out of focus twigs in the lower right hand corner

    Nice looks good. How come these trees get in the way? I seem to have the same problem.I think it would be stronger image without the tree. IMO

    The bird looks great. Well exposed and good detail. I'm on the fence regarding the tree.... perhaps I would prefer not to see it. I like the way that bird seems to be looking at you although there's not too much head turn. TFS

    Looking good. Nice pose and light. Background gives some nice depth.
