    Default 2 sunset Gulls

    Hi all. Two Silver Gulls posing for me at sunset. I wanted this specific shot of the two next to each other, but I would have preferred the dark wave to have not intersected the birds' necks. I guess I needed to get even lower.
    7Dii, 100-400@ 255mm, 1/2000th sec, f8, iso640, manual mode hand-held.

    Hi Paul, good self-critique! Also be sure to leave room at the bottom for "virtual" feet.

    Love the juxtaposition with same stance and eyes and beak clear. Yes to lower angle but it already looks fairly low. TFS

    Hi Paul, interesting image. Good work capturing both together with both eyes showing. Unfortunate regarding the waves and Ann makes a good point about leaving room for virtual feet when the feet are not shown. Thank you for sharing.

    Such neat looking gulls. Light is sure nice. I think it works well. More room below as others have already mentioned.
