This one seems tad softer than your others and the head looks odd from the swept back feathers I assume?

I love the wing position here but agree the image is a bit soft.
What a spot you have found! Can you get lower? What would the BG be if you could get lower?

Thanks Arash, Dan and Gail for your comments and suggestions. Here is a repost with a total rework from the RAW file. Does it look any better?
Gail I can't get a lower angle but if the duck flies higher there is a distant island with trees but its a small window to get them to fit in there. For the past three weeks I would go there for a couple of hours on Friday. There are over 700 ducks flying around each time. I will post an image of a Redhead with that BG soon.

The report is a bit sharper.

Like the wing position. I do feel this is softer than your other posts.

Another nice waterfowl frame you have here. Like the pose and water background.

I like the wing position here but agree with Arash. This is also a bit soft. Try some extra sharpening or maybe some detail extractor on the bird.
