    I like the view of the nest and the chick. good exposure. the feather details in the whites are a bit lacking and the I wish we could see the adult's eyes too. the environment is a bit cluttered but typical of a nest

    Very nice environmental shot David. Love the chicks' eyes looking out. Some distracting bits, but I'm ok with them. TFS

    Thanks for comments and suggestions. Yes, Artie one of the many challenges in getting a clean shot in this environment is the other birds. Rest assured I continue to look for great light and light angles , clean backgrounds and engaging interactions. Fun challenges for sure.

    I like that we can see the other two chicks low in the nest - how cute! A pretty clean view of the nest. If mine I'd likely remove the leaf touching the chicks head + one or two more from that cluster. Good call on the vertical composition.
