Default Sunset at Bear River Refuge

    Attached Images Attached Images

I took this image using my 500 f/4 lens at Bear River Refuge, UT

I was photographing Birds and I like the colors of sun and hence composed this image.

    Nikon D500, 500 f/4
    1/2000 sec; f/5.6; ISO 1250
    Manual; Matrix metering

Let me know what you think of the same.

I think a better choice would have been to take this image using Medium Telephoto Lens.

    Thanks
    Krishna

Color in the sun is indeed pretty nice. Wish there was more of the mountain below.

    Hi krishna

I agree with John.. Sun is definitely image worthy but there is not a lot of context beyond that.. A little more detail below in the mountain would help I think...

Very nice sun Krishna. I wish there was not so much haze around the mountain but those were the conditions at the time and I think you handled them well.

I love it as presented because of the simplicity. Go figger.
