It is so difficult to get a good clean image of these chaotic chases. Water spray, photobombing OOF ducks are the main problem but blowing the whites is another big issue.

Cloned out an OOF duck head in the water at bottom of frame.
There are a few issues with this image but I think the action trumps them. Your thoughts?

I've also tried to capture their fish fights, and it is tough as you say. This one is very good, with a great flow to the design, and a good POV.

I am not sure how you could do much better; this one is spectacular. As is the (very difficult) processing.

Spectacular action Gail, well done. Agree there might be one or two technical nits but overall impact more than makes up for it - love the low angle. One to be proud of

All has been covered but it's worth the effort when you get a result (and you frequently do) like this. TFS

Lovely image Gail, well caught, a very eye catching image.
(purely personal I think contrast is a tad high and the reds just a little OTT.)

Love the action you captured here Gail. Nice low angle and explosion of water drops.

Really impressive to get so much in focus with so much going on.
This might be one of my favorite photos you have ever posted here.
