I've been giving myself some briefs lately. This one was to focus on head angles, so whilst at a new location I spotted this Double-barred finch...quite common at certain times of the year. Of course, I was also aiming for composition etc etc. I would have liked a better shooting angle though.

Head angle is good Paul but wish for the bird to be closest to us on the perch. Not so crazy bout the bird being intersected by the perch. Also, whites under chin and breast look hot. BG is sweet thats for sure, please list your shooting specs/info TFS
Hi Ann. Thanks for the feedback. I did put exif down, but when I edited my post I must have erased it? Anyhow I agree with the hot whites...I did reduce it but yes, it's still hot. Didn't consider the perch intersection...thanks for that.
