Not my usual pond, another city pond where a lot of wild ducks have showed up.
The water color is real, the city treats the pond constantly for algae (non toxic)
and the water is this color...
This is a first for me as far as the species.. I thought it was a Scaup through the lens
as Ring-Necked Ducks are not common here, especially since this is in the middle
of the city of Portland in one of the oldest city parks in one of the oldest neighborhoods.

A lot to like here. The low POV, great feather detail and the slight head turn. The water colour is strange but as you explained is due to it being treated, in fact I rather like it. A very nice image.
