I'm still recovering from my shoulder injury, so going through some older files. This is one I captured at a Red Kite feeding station a couple of hours drive from my hometown.

Pretty sweet. Like the look that the bird is giving you. The dark clouds in the background are nice.

Excellent flight capture,William. Love the angle of tail feathers helping him change direction towards something he's spotted. Great background as well. The lighter feathers, under side of wings seem to have picked up a bit of green reflected from ground cover. I might reduce the green a bit.

I like this a lot Will, good to get a reasonably level flight angle. Great stare and the BG is nice.

Stare makes this shot for sure, William. The lighting isn't perfect, but I like how the overhead light is illuminating the tail tip and feather in the bird's left wing. Noise under the wing looks pretty minimal, so that's good. Background works as well. A very strong shot. Would loved to see a bit more of the nearer wing underside, but that's really minor.

Love the stare- this absolutely makes the image for me.
    Great BG sky.
I am OK with the wing position but it would have been "killer" to see more of the birds right wing!
I might decrease the yellow color cast in the whites of the left wing.
    Very nice,
    Gail
