Very nice in-flight. Composition and sharpness look good. Both the light and shooting angle appear on the steep side, so this seems like the best possible result given the conditions. Bird seems to have a green cast from the shadows, but I don't know how to correct that, sorry!
Sharp on the eye. As noted above, you did as well as you could with the relatively harsh light; that shadow on the flank bugs me.
