    Default Northern Pintail at Sunset

I made this image at Bosque Del Apache NM on Dec 25 2018.

    Nikon D850, 70-200 f/4 + 1.7x TCII
    1/500 sec; f/25; ISO 800, -0.3 EV
    Shutter priority; Matrix metering

    Post Processing:-
    2x3 Crop
Capture 1 Pro for Raw Conversion
Nik Filters ( Pro and Tonal Contrast ) Lower opacity
    Burn and Dodge
Clone out 2 twigs to clean image
    Slight Vignetting

I wanted to make sure that in Post Processing, overall the image does not look too dark. Let me know if I succeeded.

Let me know your thoughts and comments.

    Thanks
    Krishna

I like what you were going for here. The bird is just to small for me. The light reflecting off of the water is great and so is the color.

I have to agree with John. First thing I noticed is the smallness of the duck. Also seems like you shot from an elevated stance looking down. Great colors.

The water is really lovely, particularly in the foreground, but I agree the bird is too small in the frame to be really effective. It's a shame because the sunset is really nice....
