    Just converted to PS CC. The last hold out holding on to my old software and
    workflow..
    In with the new...
    Image downsized in PS is kind of noisy to me after years of
    converting images for the web in NX2.
    I will adjust...

    Nice Post. I might has left a little bit more space in the bottom left (if you have it in the RAW File). May be too much space above
    Colors look off to me.

    You have a nice look back pose here. The background is very nice. Sharpness looks good as well.

    Looks good, Dan, especially the eye contact. I agree with more room bottom left if you have it. Top of frame feels a bit empty, but I'm not sure there's much you can do about that.
