    Default Super Cell lightning

I had a front row seat to a massive super cell that passed over Sydney Australia this last Friday evening. A huge lightning show and rain and wind. Around 40,000 homes lost power and lots of local flooding. I set the camera on a tripod and just kept clicking the shutter, ending up with a few of which this was the best.

Impressive bolts Colin..! Did you take any shots with the FG exposed correctly? It might be nice to composite an image with the foreground a bit lighter & showing more detail.

Like the vertical Lines created by the Lightning. This has monochromatic feel to it. Agree with Foreground, it could be brighter etc.

Sweet lightning frame. Like the vertical composition.
