    Beautiful little hummer, the feather detail is amazing. Love the colors. Your image brings to mind a article that I just read that hummingbird fight to defend territory and use their bills as weapons. Thank you for sharing, Dan.

    Great color on the bird. Very cool to see one in the snow. The white in the background is distracting. Not much you could do about that.

    What, a hummingbird in snow?! I have missed this phenomenon. Is it normal that these birds stay during these conditions in some parts of America? Anyway, great details, exposure and perch. The branch in the BG with snow is a bit distracting but also adds interest to a unique setting.

    Love the hummer and the snow on the perch but I find the BG quite distracting.
    Were you able to get a shot without the snow intersecting with the head? Could you move to your left?
