    Hello John,

    Lovely pose here, was the image taken during rutting season?

    Framing is great, well exposed and very nice colours on the buck. Good detail on the face and coat as well.

    I like this a lot, all I can suggest is that you try soften the BG a bit by whatever means available to you.

    Hi John ... a funny and typical rutting face , i guess .
    Pose , comp and tones are working well for me . Colors ... i might go a tad cooler , but i do not know the location and the animal . The blacks are perfect here for me in this frame .
    But i have to disagree with Gabriela ..for me there is no fine detail visible as some sharpness is missing , agree with her about the BG .
