    Nicely processed, I get the impression your camera is back focusing a little, it's a fairly small bird, the image is cropped , the eye is sharp but the foot soft. Just a minor point the nictitating membrane is half covering the eye, I bet the next image is clear.

    Nice high key image. Pretty good details for ISO 3200. Another stop of depth would have been nice but you were up against the light already.
