Like the composition, reflection and water droplets on back. You dealt well with slightly harsh light. Love these little beauties. TFS

Clean and simple with a perfect reflection. The light looks pleasing to me.

Must have been pretty calm the reflection is almost a mirror. The composition is very nice.

I love the placement of the grebe in the frame.
    What a great reflection.
My only suggestion would be to add a point of blacks to the blacks as they seem a bit washed out. I would also get rid of the second catchlight.
Was the water that blue? If yes, then leave as is- if not I might desat the blues a tiny little bit.
    A really nice frame Joe!

Hi Joe, what a great angled pose here, and love the faint ripples around the Grebe. I do like the larger droplets on the back, and agree to remove the 2nd catchlight.
