Hope you all had a wonderful christmas and a great start to the new year!

Taken on my trip to the Faroe Islands two years ago. Seeing a seabirds on the bird cliffs along the island was an unforgettable experience. Just booked a trip back there this spring which made me think of this picture.

What a beauty. I love the deep blue BG. Cool wing position and I like the look back. Dangling feet are nice. TFS

    Very nice Ivan.
I like the swoop of the tail and the look back position of the head.
Not easy to get these little bullets in flight!

That puffin just pops off the rich blue BG! I like the IQ, composition and the look back pose. Very well done Ivan.

Tough to get these guys in flight. Good flight pose and nice light, and as said above, he really pops against the wonderful blue BG. The head turn compensates for the fact that he was slightly past you.

Ditto all the positives above. I especially like the even lighting on the underwings. With the bird angling slightly away from you you were saved by the head turn
