    John I think the tones are better but the DOF is a bit shallow..... did you check your camera Micro Adjustment, I have noted quite a few of your images appear to be back focused.
    Sharpening looks OK but perhaps just a little finer might be better????

    Hi John well looks good for that High Iso .... better than previous shots.
    Tones and color are look good as well , maybe a fraction too tight at the top . Head angle and pose are almost perfect
