    Another Say's Phoebe from New Mexico, Bernardo NWR... For just a second this phoebe was perched on the tippy top of a dried corn plant in a field of dried corn plants/stalks... I was hoping she would give me some separation from the dried flowers. Ideally I'd prefer both the tail and the feet to not intersect with the plant, but I'll take this for now. This was taken from the car window.

    Beautiful Image. I like the perch, HA and the Background...

    Awesome shot.. Guess I should pay visit to Bernardo NWR next time..

    Anne that is good processing and a really pleasing image, the darkest feathers are not clogged and the brightest have good detail and separation, that is one elegant shot

    Another sweet image with a killer background. When creating over the shoulder songbird images, my idea of a perfect head angle is completely parallel to the sensor. As this is a bit beyond that, you might consider opening up the face a bit.
