    Hi John ... not too bad for 10k Iso .
    Crop works well and the overall colors are looking good to me , just think the contrast is giving the image a harsher look due to the Iso .
    BG needs more NR ...

    In general find the contrast becomes high at the higher ISO especially wit the 5D IV, I think this is the case here also, quite a bit of detail is missing around the muzzle/mouth and the rim of the left ear. The background is a little noisy, I would certainly apply NR there and to a much lesser extent the deer.
