    Hi Tomas, welcome to BPN! Thanks for sharing images from Spain, have not seen many images from there! and this much prettier than our common turkey vultures! But image has a number of fatal issues, first light is coming from the wrong angle casting strong shadows, the entire face is in the shade. The image looks very soft and lacks any kind of detail while the background is noisy, this could from soft focus or lacking RAW, processing or both... As a flight shot the wing position isn't ideal, you want the wings up (to show under side details) or yet better down to show the pretty top side for this bird and a bit more dynamic. This is called "pan cake" wing position among us flight shooters and not very ideal...

    I like the composition and the light here. The dark background makes the bird stand out.
