    Default Bald eagle

Image from last Saturday. I was searching for Northern Harriers at a local wildlife refuge when I spotted this eagle on an intercept course with
the road I was on. It was at an angle such that I had to get out of the car and take this hand held.

nice sharp details and wing positions, the look back saves the flying-away position. If mine I'd reduce the saturation on the sky

Very sharp, and great wing positions. I agree with Arash re the sky and also, on my monitor, the whites look a tad hot.

Nice view of this eagle with a nice pose. Like the look back.

Nice pose and detail and good to be able to snap this in a hurry. Maybe a bit close to the top of the frame?

Beautiful bird, good wing position, exposure and detail look good. As Ari wrote... the look back head position saves the image from the bird flying away from you. Thank you for sharing, Jack.

Reducing the blue saturation and tweaking the hue of the sky would make a big positive difference here. How nice of the eagle to glance back at you as it flew by!
