This frame isn't exceptional except for the fact it's the first made with the 1DX2 my wife bought me for my 40th birthday! I had no idea it was coming. I was actually
about the pull the trigger on a used 1DX, and my wife was sweating bullets in the days leading up to the big reveal. I cannot wait to give this bad boy a workout!

Hey Dorian, happy new camera body. Exposure, sharpness, colors, all look good. Nice low POV, god it must be great to be young and flexible. Although I cannot complain, I am very blessed at 75 years old. I know from comments on my images that Artie would say... lovely image but the dark waves intersecting the legs are unfortunate. Thank you for sharing.

Nice low angle in some sweet sweet light. Like the raised foot and the composition. That is quite the gift!

Hi Dorian...Congrats on your birthday and present...Looking good here, I really like the POV and the light. Raised leg sure adds.

The light, low angle, raised foot, and colours all rock. I love the wave rolling over the foot. If anything I do find the FG black streak unfortunate.

Have fun with the new camera body!

Congrats on the new gear Dorian. Pretty light and I like the raised foot. I agree that the black line is distracting. Once you use the camera more it will be very interesting to hear your thoughts on how they compare.

Happy birthday and congrats on your new camera, hope you will get better shots with it. I like everything here except for the dark mud in the BG, a common problem when the tide is low

Dorian, the light and detail here are stunning. Awesome. I agree with comments regarding dark in FG and BG. Good luck with the new gear!! TFS
