The neck stretch is kinda funny when a loon does it. I think it is prelude to a body shake at times. I have really had fun imaging these loons this round and I want to thank those who left comments. Please, if you view this image, let me know what you think.

I like it. I think cropping from the bottom into a pano format makes this image stronger. Overall very nice image. Wish we had an abundance of them locally.

I like the subtle iridescence you captured on the bird's head in this light. The water drops on the head are also a plus. I agree that a substantial crop off the bottom would make the image stronger for web presentation. Well done.
All have hit the nail on the head with the near-pano crop suggestion.
