Very nice high key image.
Love the diagonal perch.
I would clone out the 2 OOF vertical straggly branches at the bottom of the frame,

I see some slight dark spots in the bottom middle part of the frame.

Image design and high key lighting effect work very well. Sharpness isn't quite there. Slow shutter probably didn't help. I would have gone to ISO 1600 to get faster shutter.

Majestic Eagle, perfect perch, head angle, nice high key look to the image. I can see the artifacts at the bottom of the frame. Maybe from cloning? Thank you for sharing, John.
