Pretty slow time of year so I spent a couple mornings driving around Clarence Cannon National Wildlife Refuge. Quite a bit of open marshy areas where several
Northern Harriers over winter. An image from my closest encounter. Taken out of the window of my vehicle. A little over a 50% crop. The bird was in the upper
right corner so I added some sky above and in front of the bird.
