Very nice image, I would be inclined to reduce contrast a little, this would lift the darks a fraction and lower the brights a fraction.

Lovely kestrel. They are such skittish birds here in Nova Scotia so I understand your comment about how close you were able to get.
Exposure on the bird looks good and I love the clear view of the feet.
I am not crazy about the second branch on the perch but it is what it is and I would be happy to have this in my files,
