Wow. This is a great one. Aside from the sharpness with a lead-grey sky BKGR the screaming post and perfectly lit underwings are fantastic. Not to mention that the head is perfectly positioned against the far wing. I am gonna do a repost with a slight twist to see if you like it.

Hi Artie, thanks for the kind words. I feel I have to disagree with the OOF foliage. The only reason being as I know the original foliage was there to be seen, it feels strange to see it otherwise. Now if this was posted as your post, before seeing my OP, it would work.

This looks great Stu. Beautiful spread wings and love the screaming pose. Excellent details as always. Knowing that it is returning to a nest I prefer the original but both work fine.

Great incoming flight pose. Love the IQ and how sharp it is!
You have a big dust spot to the left of the upper foliage that needs to be evicted.
I love the fanned tail and the elevated alulae feathers.
