Feather detail in the whites is excellent.
I see some pinks in the whites (reflected from the bill?) and would address the whites in selective coloring.

The diffused light brings out some nice detail in those whites. Nice pose as well.
Nicely done but I would prefer a bit less head turn and the WHITEs a bit brighter as well.
