    More fun with the great blues. The nesting material is a nice touch wish the birds were further apart.

    David the birds do not look finely focused to me, they appear to be slightly soft. Exposure and colours look good.

    Excellent interaction, and I like the comp. Two good head angles too. The BG could have been very distracting but it is mostly OK - just that one line above the heron to our left that catches my eye. You could remove it via processing if you are OK with that type of image editing. The focus looks good to me, but I agree there is an apparent softness to the fine details - perhaps it just needs another round of post-resizing sharpening for web posting.

    This is the best by far. Same as usual on the smooth grey necks but this one is not as bad as the previous ones. Sharp with two good head angles. The shadow under the not fully raised rear wing bugs me. For the repost I eliminated one big stick that was poking up, did some add'l BKGR clean-up, and cropped to 3X2. All plus tons more as detailed in DB II.
