    love the topside bank and the light, awesome BG too. unfortunately this one isn't as sharp as the others you posted, the critical focus was on the near wing and the rest of the bird is soft. There is also fair bit of gran/noise on the feathers probably from sharpening too much.

    Such a powerful looking bird. Beautiful view of it and even a great head turn. Agree that the image quality has suffered from focus being on the near wing and do see some grain and noise. Just goes to show how difficult flight photography is.

    I'd love to see this one as a horizontal with lots of room in front of the bird. Ditto the SH comments.
