I like the light and the background colors. I like the pose from the bird.
No problems with the wire.
I think that if the out of focus plants are not there then it will be stronger image. You can try to lighten the dark out of focus element which is catching my eye.
I am glad to see that others also have beautiful birds on man-made perches.
Here in the farmlands of the Karoo region of South Africa their are few trees and we have to contend with fences, fence poles and telegraph poles.
For me the plants on the left break the harshness of the fence and help to make a nice picture.
