Nice and simple with a sweet BKGR. I'd suggest a crop from the left and below. You are really getting the little songbirds on clean perches with either pleasing or distant backgrounds. Way to go

Great pose from the bird with a spot on head angle. I would have preferred her a little lower in the frame if possible, and the perch looks a bit too smooth to me - did you do any NR on the branch?

Either way a very nice songbird shot

I like the crop suggested by Artie. The plumage looks a bit smooth in spots (likely due to NR). Otherwise, all super from my end. I love those little feet!

Nice clear view of the bird against a great background. I do wish the perch was more interesting and not just a bare stick. I agree that the bird and the perch look overly smoothed out. Probably worth a revisit on the processing on this one.

Hi Joe, very sweet, like the head turn, and clean BG. The shades of yellow are lovely, well done.

Agree with the smoothing comments. More detail should be revealed in PP. Stick is meh, but the background is lovely.

Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting, very much appreciated. Regarding the smooth appearance of some of the feathers, Phoebe's must have soft feathers without hard edges to sharpen. I have always observed this when working on a Phoebe image. The noise in the image was low so I do not think the smoothness is from noise reduction. Thanks again everyone for your comments.
