    This is an image which I like.. But I'm not very sure about the processing... and obviously the bird looking away..

    Requesting everyone to give your comments to improve this image..

    You did fairly well. Once you learn to pay attention to head angle in the field you can usually wind up with a few good ones. EXP looks decent. You might wish to remove the bit of food (???) on the end of the beak. Opening up (lightening) the rear half of the bird would help. In the field, getting lower (if possible) would have eliminated the merge of the belly with the edge of the rock. Last suggestion: you might want to try Single AF point for somewhat static subjects and use Group for flight and action.
