I like the eye contact, wet look, delicate perch and clean BG. Nice image of a bird that I haven't had a chance to image yet. Nice image John.

Whoa, Montezuma has been good to you! Very nice , love the wet kingbird, the look, and the eyes are equally visible. There are two small artifacts sticking out from near the birds left eye. Some nice details, TFS Happy Thanksgiving John

One of your very best. Killer BKGR and I love that we can see just a bit of the orange crest. Super sharp. A vertical to include the leaves on the bottom might have been a good option.

These guys can sure balance on such thin perches! I like the wet and grumpy look. As posted I would remove the tiny bit of detached leaf at the bottom, just for an extra clean finish down there.

Very nice John. Great exposure and a BG to die for. Love the facial expression and pose.

Beautiful image John. The color, pose, detail, ad exposure are all spot on! Looks like he's halfway through some fancy sort of hair style!
