The light is sweet and the dorsal view is great. The head does look a touch soft.

Beautiful pose and light. I agree the head does not look tack sharp but that could be a function of the fine feather structure on raptors. Looks to be some noise on the flight feathers.

very nice dynamic pose against a cool BG, it's got everything but it is one of those files where the head wasn't tack sharp, looks like motion blur but depending on how the RAW looks might be fixable. noise on the feathers noted

Ditto all above. Try a Contrast Mask on the face: Unsharp Mask at 15/65/0.
