    Not every day that one sees the Red-faced & Speckled Mousebirds together. After this shot they went there separate ways so one can not help but wonder what sparked this short early-morning get-together.

    I like the composition, the SH and detail and the two very interesting cousins. Wish only for less twigs and a less upward angle. TFS

    My first thought was look at those tails. Like how one bird is looking the one way and the other the opposite way.

    They look like quite the acrobats. Shooting angle is a bit high, but the lighting is great.

    Yea they never 'sit' on a branch Dorian, they always 'hang onto' it. They were actually only about 3m high and I was about 30m from them so the 'high' angle is an illusion.
