Very nice indeed, I think maybe the reflector has produced a slightly shiny appearance here and there, it just may be possible to minimise this at raw conversion using luminosity.
Is it a plain reflector or a silver type. If you use home made from cooking foil I would suggest crumpling the foil before spreading it out on a board - this makes the light more diffuse.
