    Captured this image in Feb. this year near Kwetsani camp, Botswana. It was a drizzly overcast morning after a night of heavy rain. C&C welcome.

    D500, Sigma 150-600mm @ 600mm, 1/500s, f 6.3, HH, ISO 2500.

    A really neat species (that I have never seen). One-third off the bottom would tighten things up. I am fine with the Cattle Egret on the right but the three white birds just above the head of the crane are problematic. As is the head angle.

    Interesting looking bird. Like the grasses and the environment here. The composition is nice as well.
