    Nikon D500 Tamron 70-200 mm@ 70 mm 1/2500 s, f8, ISO 800.

    Nice pose on both the giraffes. The environment they are in looks pretty neat. Im sure the color version looks great.

    I've always wanted to photograph these giraffe, just love their distinctive coats.
    I think you have underplayed the potential tonal contrast here, Jay.
    You could go just a wee bit more expansive in the midtones IMHO.
    Composition leaves nice space to move into - albeit perhaps a tad tight at the bottom.

    Lovely image - the environment adds so much and the conversion works a treat. I agree about a little more space below improving the comp

    Hi Jay what a great sighting ....to see this species !!!
    Comp does look good , albeit being a fraction tight at the foot of the frame.
    Conversion or better said the overall tonal range is not working for me .No mid tones ...overall too dark for my taste .
