    Default ELE-PAN !

Hello everyone, really appreciate for all your comments and suggestions on my previous post .

Before I leave for my trip tomorrow morning, here is another experimental shot from my trip to Corbett national park, the land of asiatic elephants. I will try and post a few more images if internet connectivity is good but till then this could be the last one until i return.

Late evening shot, and what better time to try a panning shot, didn't come out exactly how I wanted , but still I thought its worth keeping. Btw the frantic run was because of the arrival of a bull elephant who happened to be in musth , which scared these elephants as soon as they saw him.

I like the concept, it is very eye catching. The darker tones look heavy but having said that the image looks good. Easy for me to say but I wish the smaller ele wasn't in that particular location, I think it complicates rather than adds.

Hi Haseeb, I think you did well with pano and B&W conversion. But I think second ele reduces impact of the image for me.

The sense of motion is nice. I like the composition and the details look good. Wish the other elephant wasn't there.

Hi Haseeb - For me this is a much better choice to convert to a b&w/toned image. I like the panning motion too. I also think the second ele detracts rather than adds but nothing you could do about it. I do wish the horizon was not bisecting the head. Have a great trip.

    TFS,
    Rachel

Hey Haseeb .... this simply works for me.
The second Ellie is not distracting for me !!!
Lovely work to get this shot , and the conversion does work well .

    TFS Andreas

    Have a safe trip
