A leopard gives me a final look before disappearing into the thicket at Jhalana.

Hi Sanjeev, much prefer the B/W capture of this leopard in terms of comp, I just find the tail being right in the FG a little distracting. I would crop some off the RHS to take things of centre, but it needs the LHS as is for balance.

Hi Sanjeev .....i do like the frame .
Well captured in terms of the look back , gorgeous eyes.I think you handled the light and shadows well .
WB does look to be a bit on the cool side ... not right in my eyes .
    Well done .

Hi Doc -- I prefer the RP in terms of colours and you have done well to capture the pose , difficult to get them properly focus , there are good chances that the FP can land on the back side because these cats are quick to disappear. Nicely done.

I like the look-back pose, and since the tail is not obscuring the face it's not a dealbreaker for me personally.
I do agree with the colour tone of the OP, repost is a tad better.

I think this lends itself to a nice mono, Doc - here's a VERY quick workup to show what I mean...

I like the stance, I tried not to look at previous comments but the tail is a little dominant for me also.
Hope you don't mind, I have adjusted the colour balance and added a little pop to the leopard.

Hi Sanjeev, I too like the b&W image. More impactful.

Wish the rear end of the leopard was more to the right. The look back is nice and makes this one.

Hi Sanjeev - I like the pov here but agree about the tail. For me, Jon's rp works best.

    Rachel
