Great pose, perch and background. I don't know if a little warmth would help, or if this is the way you saw it. The errant feather is a distraction but also part of the natural condition.
super portrait love the moss on the perch, if mine I'd add a bit warmth and saturation to it . looks a bit dull as posted. details look great from here

I would add some warmth, saturation and a couple of points of black to the neutrals in selective coloring.

Very nice Joe. The perch is so important to a shot and you have a fantastic one here. Excellent details and I agree with the suggestions. I think somewhere between the original and repost would be best as I find the repost a touch too heavy for the species. Super shot and one I'd love to have.
