Pretty warbler Glen; you're fortunate to get all of these warblers in your neck of the woods. They are few and far between in New Mexico. The bird is nice and sharp. My eye is a little drawn away by the yellowish-green OOF leaves up top, but otherwise like it a lot!

Nice sharp photo! I only wish the eye was a little brighter. But it's a beautiful image all the same.
And I have to agree with Doug about the OOF leaves in the right upper corner. They are a bit distracting.

Very nice portrait. I like the diagonal perch and the feather details.

I'd be thrilled with this one Glenn! I assume this is also from your Ontario trip or else you'd better file a rare bird report :-)

    Yes this is from Ontario....

Its funny that people here dont like the leaves.....Ive received other feedback that it is the inclusion of the leaves that makes the image....I guess its different strokes for different folks...

The leaves are what make it more than a nice bird on a nice perch with a nice pose. I like them there a lot!

I really like this Glenn. Haven't seen a Cerulean in 30 years!

I like the curtain of leaves behind the bird. I have a MacBook and the LCD screen changes the gamma value as you move your head up and down. If I lighten the image by moving my head up, the eye of the bird really brightens up nicely. The whole bird may benefit from a bit of brightening.

Great find and I do like the leaves. How did you get this guy to come down to eye level? Around here they tend to be high up in the trees.
