    Hi all,
I thought I'd try a different perspective on a waterfall. This was taken at Hogarth Falls, which is in the People's Park, Strahan, Tasmania. The waterfall itself is not the most picturesque falls, but the base of the falls presented as a promising photo. It was edited in ACR then PS.

It is always a good idea to experiment with various compositions and ideas to see what we can create. I think the shutter speed here is a little too fast and the contrasty lighting is not really helping the overall scene. You may be able to play around with shadow / highlight to see if you can reduce some of the high contrast but overall a longer shutter speed would have created a less busy comp.

Hi Andrew. Thank you for the feedback. Different strokes for different folks I guess...but this is exactly what I was after here. Paul.
